Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings after delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in order shipment.

If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, sending photographs and a description of the problem.

Refunds

After analysis and confirmation of the defect or error, you may choose to:

Receive a full refund of the amount paid;

Receive a replacement item (subject to stock availability);

Receive a voucher to use on a future order.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after the request is approved.

Damaged Items in Transit

If the package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you photograph the order before opening it and contact us immediately.
